In clients feature, admin will be able to: 1. View the data of already added CLIENTS in the system within seconds and can search for desired clients to get the desired data directly . 2. Admin can add new data in a form of organised list. All the detail of each clients will be added here individually..

Supplier Management

Supplier feature of Tradezure provides several options for an admin 1. Admin can easily view the data of already added suppliers in the system within seconds and can access 2. Admin can search for desired suppliers to get the data directly which he/she desired.Search facility saves your time when you want to access specific data quickly. 3. Admin can add new data in a form of organised list. All the detail of each supplier will be added here individually.

Accounts

In this feature we have a list of sub-features for admin. 1. Invoices : Here admin can use 2 types of invoices, one is cash invoices and the other one is credit invoices, admin can view and add new invoice in a form of list. Search facility is provided at the time of viewing the data. 2. Report- Admin can make reports , admin can select 2 dates for “search from” to “search to” so it will show report of invoices of selected dates. 3. Transaction- Will show the complete data of all the transactions, admin can add data for new transactions and can view the added one.

Inventory

In this feature we have a list of sub-features for admin. Admin can add new data and can view the added one. following are the sub features in inventory

  • 1. Stock– It will provide the detail about all items.
  • 2. Category- Item will be managed and saved category-wise along with the complete detail.
  • 3. Items- Details about each item will be managed and saved here
  • 4. Expired items- Details of all the expired items will be managed and saved here.
  • Sale Purchase

    As we know sale purchase is very important aspect of trade industry. This feature will provide sale purchase of any item with its date, pay, detail about item. Admin can add new data and can view the added one. So the data will be organised to be used and check at anytime and data will be accurate and safe.
